Doffi Rhema Agatha is a certified Music Executive, a certified Talent Manager, Event Manager and Project Manager. She wears many hats! With a BSc in Computer Science, a Master’s in Cyber-security, and certification from the Music Business Academy for Africa, she seamlessly combines technical expertise with a passion for nurturing creativity. She’s the Founder of Tayanni Hub — a forward-thinking and transformative creative agency that aims to reshape the entertainment industry in Nigeria & Africa.
Tayanni Hub is a talent management agency that offers a wide range of comprehensive services tailored to meet the uniquely diverse needs of artists, music labels & other entertainment functionalities. With the ever-evolving multifaceted landscape in the entertainment industry, Tayanni Hub provides solutions that address the specific challenges & opportunities music and entertainment professionals face. The inspiration behind the name 'Tayanni Hub' is birthed from the Hausa language “Tayanni”, which means “help me”. It embodies the agency's core focus, which is to uplift members of the Entertainment Ecosystem to higher and more sustainable standards.
Doffi has always been the life of the party! Growing up, she was the surest plug for new music and the one who'd always host the coolest hangouts. She's always had a knack for spotting diamonds in the rough & for connecting people of diversity through the unifying power of music and entertainment.
As a leader, Doffi served as Executive Secretary at Zalen Foundation, an NGO dedicated to community development, and as Projects Manager at the Global Youth Skill Acquisition and Poverty Eradication Organization (GYSAPEO), where she worked to empower youth and tackle poverty on a global scale.
Doffi has managed notable projects, including serving as Chief Operating Officer at Lamb Culture Collective, a renowned talent management company, and organizing high-impact events such as planning the impactful A Mose Live in Concert, and The Purpose Album Listening Party for A Mose. As a volunteer with Refresh Global, she supported the Young and Chosen Album Listening for Limoblaze. Doffi has also worked on major events like Cool FM’s Praise Jam 2024, the Abuja Business Summit, and The Eugenia Abu Media (TEAM) Public Speaking Masterclass with meticulous precision.
Doffi believes in breaking barriers, especially as a woman in a fast-paced industry. Her journey is a testament to the power of resilience, structure, and collaboration.
