When Apostle Emmanuel Iren announced the release date for his sophomore album, we were full of joy because we’ve come to know what to expect from Pastey. His standards of excellence are very high, and his level of dedication and commitment to his craft, whether it be music, movies, books, ministry & even family, is second-to-non. Pastey is an example of an inspirational figure, who follows Jesus’ example through-and-through. We sat with Sinmidele at her album listening session in Abuja, Nigeria on the 25th of October 2024 — a week after her debut album “perfect union” was released, and we were in awe at her sheer presence & how she held the room in her warmth & charisma. From “endless wind” to “all my love”, Sinmidele shared the very bits of her that makes this album so inspiring & beautiful to listen to. Her bravery in vulnerability was palpable, as her parents looked on in pride & admiration at the gift of the daughter they raised so well; evidence of the unification of the perfect representation of perfect union between Christ & His Church, and between husband & wife. A beautiful moment to witness.
As Sinmidele walked us through each song (her inspirations, her struggles and her convictions), her renditions & storytelling abilities only added more value to the wealth of treasure that’s “perfect union”. The glow in her eyes as she interacted & spoke to everyone, answering all our probing questions, revealed the jewel that is the heartfelt personality called Sinmidele — a kindhearted sweetheart, whose passion for people can be seen from NASA’s space station. The album is a work of art, sculpted by the hand of GOD Himself. Here’s our review of “perfect union” as inspired by the calm-soothing sounds of Sinmidele’s captivating voice & beautiful melodies.
There’s something about this album that exudes pure excellence. We’re still trying to figure it out. Maybe it’s the sound, or Sinmidele’s beautiful voice, or the messaging each song conveys. Maybe it’s the composition & songwriting.
Or...maybe it’s an excellent blend of every single component, including the amazing production team involved in the creation of this groundbreaking album.
Perfect Union captures the consummation of Christ & the believer. It’s a heartfelt collection of love letters and heart-cries from a broken and a contrite heart, being restored & made whole by the overwhelming never-ending love of GOD.

Henry is an art enthusiast, a singer-songwriter, rapper, voice actor, 2D animator, motion designer, video editor & lots more 🤯 — all platforms he uses effectively to spread the gospel, primarily through music. He has a passion for powerful story telling and bringing his art to life, which makes this creative mind a rare gem to behold in this generation.
He is the lead Psalmist at Hagiostower Music & Founder/CEO of Hagiostower, a multimedia production company steered towards societal impact in line with the message of the gospel.
